Memories of Mackinac is inspired by Mackinac Island’s fresh and beautiful landscape in the season of spring. Lilacs perfume the streets and are a staple of the island’s charisma, and the Victorian style cottages populate the island which are lined with white picket fences and green, manicured gardens. The collection is hand-painted with acrylic, which showcases the layers of texture and color that the prints possess. The color palette of the collection reflects the island’s atmosphere and hotel’s décor through bright pops of fuchsia, calming periwinkle, and refreshing green.
